A graduate of Arizona State University, Rosa became actively involved in the pro-life movement when she first started at ASU and joined the Students for Life campus club. There she learned how a few individuals can make a difference in spreading the word about life issues. The club consisted of only two members when she joined, but thanks to those few individuals, the club grew many times its size. Rosa furthered her knowledge when the Justice For All exhibit came to ASU and trained students to engage fellow students and dialogue about abortion.

Rosa is currently working for the Life Educational Corporation with Melanie Welsch Pritchard. She gives both pro-life & chastity talks to a wide range of audiences. Being bilingual, Rosa also gives talks in Spanish. She is currently assisting the Diocese of Phoenix in planning Phoenix's first Hispanic pro-life conference.
